My name is Ari. I'm from Australia, gay, and transgender. I'm studying and working part-time as a graphic designer. I adore reading, especially stories with good representation and diversity. I will read almost any genre if the story sounds interesting to me, but I mostly enjoy young adult and science fiction. I have a preference for LGBT+ fiction, and always prefer to read and review that to cishet fiction. I'm an advocator for happy LGBT endings! Let us have happiness and love.

I use 2 rating systems to review books: diversity rating, and my personal rating. Diversity rating is exactly what it sounds like, I give a basic rating out of 5 on how the diverse the book is, based primarily on characters and relationships. I will usually state how the book is diverse, avoiding spoilers.
My personal rating is how much I enjoyed the book. A simple out of 5 rating for my personal opinion and enjoyment level. I use it as follows:
